General Information
Letters of Invitation
Those delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference should email Mrs Cláudia Maria Padovan at the symposium office providing the necessary details The email for contact is serotonin@ffclrp.usp.br
Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference and should not be considered an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.
Insurance
It is highly recommended that all participants carry the proper individual travel and health insurance.
Language
The official Language of the conference will be in English. No translation will be provided.
Refreshments
Refreshments during the breaks are included in the registration fee.
Registration Fees
The amount raised from registration fees will be used to fund all costs not covered by research funding agencies.
Disclaimer
For reasons beyond our control we have the right to immediately alter or cancel the conference or any arrangements, timetable plans or items relating directly or indirectly to the conference. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
* No refunds will be made on valid subscriptions.
Due to limited vacancies, the organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse any subscription in case of proved system failure and exceeded limit. Only in this situation refunds will be made after contact.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be provided for all delegates.
