In 2013, in the context of a research Project funded by the Brazilian agency FAPESP and in colaboration with Universidade Federal do Acre, the PaloLab conducted field work in the margins of the Purus River, in the rocks of the Solimões Formation. We collected fossils including turtles, crocodylians, mammals, bivalves and bone-fishes.
